• High ropes course:   No downright team modules, because action is possibly enforced. (If you choose height as an emotional input, earth –air-elements are more appropriate, as they allow for personal voluntariness, see below.) High ropes courses are suited for the integration of common challenges and the expansion of limits and for the training of risk management in the team. A valuable tool for personal enforcement  in connection with personality models such as the Disney-strategy. What makes them special: No dead telegraph poles – all ICO ropes courses are integrated into a natural forest.

• ”Earth -air elements”: Everybody can decide, how far he /she wants to go. Between 2 and 10 m of height a personal challenge can be created.  With these exercises you can also remain on the ground and give valuable input to the team. 3 modules:
  Ladder of success (picture) An oversized ladder is to be climbed. Impossible to achieve alone, sorting things out and pragmatic co-ordination are needed. The “ground staff” belays and supports as classic support team (mirror of business-projects).
  Energy tree (picture): Making your way step by step - self-concentrated and focused on the solution. Before we activate and anchor firmly resources to reach the target. En route, elements of coping with stress come into effect.  Everybody sets his or her own target and arranges it with him-/herself. The team belays, motivates, encourages or calms down. This 10m tree,  with a platform is the ideal metaphor for a sales team.

Babel -Tower building  - crate climbing:  (picture): Complex team-and strategy exercise. Time and material resources have to be managed well in order to reach 10 m of height with the crates.

• Ground team course:   Elements close to the ground allow people to face their personal and collective strengths/weakness free of fear. Reflection rounds can be integrated without difficulty.  Ideal to increase competence in creative solutions, strategic planning, project management and communication. It is possible to display complex business topics: Learning form the model. Elements:

Ladder jump

• Mobile team course: All earth-air-elements and the team course are possible as described above, just the tree jump is converted to the ladder –jump. The team holds the ladder vertically with ropes- jump form the platform at 7 m height, Necessary: Forest or park with high trees.
