Real emotional challenge setting with the option of teamwork and confidence training- as a team, in pairs, and as an individual. Abseiling, rope bridges with rope bridge construction, blind leading and more - in an impressively frozen winter scenery.

Principle of voluntariness:  The adjacent walking path offers a constant alternative route.  Persons who are not abseiling can support the team too.

• Igloo building/-overnighting

Classic change-management module and extraordinary team challenge: Acending with snowshoes to an Alpine mountain hut and igloo-building near the hut. Complex resource controlled team process with lead structure and constant commitment in an unfamiliar environment. Afterwards everybody can choose individually to overnight in the hut or in the igloo. So no pressure in this situation neither.
