Creative team cooking

We enter the hotel kitchen and produce as a team with coaching guidance by the chef and under difficult conditions—everybody can use only one hand!  - a „theme-menu“  Understanding of values and roles in the team have to be implemented thematically.  For this purpose  you have the hotel's decoration equipment at your disposal as well as many ingredients of the Italian cuisine. 

Benefit:
