Since June 2002 Claudia Heil has been working for ICO Ltd. in the following areas: communication training, leadership training, stress competence training and personality development and she runs the internal organisational development.

Her strengths as trainer are her intuition and sensitivity for people and business structures, the analysis of processes and the activation of development processes.

Philipp Marte (born 74)

Studied sports science with focus on experiential education and one semester at the ESPE university Quito/Eccuador which schooled him in interacting with foreign cultures. He did 6000er expeditions in the Himalayas and worked several years as head trainer in high ropes courses for different outdoor companies in the Allgäu. He is team and outdoor trainer with qualifactions as high ropes course trainer, raft guide, snowboard instructor and climbing leader. Moreover he absolved a training as NLP practitioner.
He works for ICO Ltd. as head of events & incentives and as trainer for team development he profits from his experience in an executive position.
His strength is his calmness that makes him an excellent reader of group processes which he connects with great sensitivity for people.

Claudia Geitner (born 68)

Claudia Geitner specialises in communicating social competences such as initiative, leadership, communication and stress management in action-oriented settings.
In her 5 years of work as trainer for the British Army she employed action-oriented methods for the training of team leaders and soldiers in order to prepare them for deployments in war situations. Subject: consensus building in a team, decision-making and responsibility under pressure, dealing with limited resources. Today she still trains different units of the British Army.

Dirk Schwarzer

He gained his competences in change management processes beside his studies out of a time as being the most extreme white water driver of the world; expeditions on 5 continents brought him a title page in the German newspaper “Stern”. His contacts with most difficult situations and different races, which never had seen Caucasians prior, led him to be more sensible to turn to change process and leadership themes.
Other than his study of Psychology, he also completed trainings in NLP and to become an outdoor trainer. He is a member of the national white water trainer team.

Team and outdoor trainer in the sports discipline high ropes course, trainer and raft guide, training as NLP practitioner and further qualification in communication. Presently in counsellor training with Dr. Psych. Rickie Moore/Dr. Psych. Henry Marshall (USA/NL).
She worked three years as an assistant director in a medium-sized company, then three years as the publicity consultant of a leading outdoors manufacturer in Germany. She is employed now by ICO as trainer especially with the theme team development, in which her experience as an executive benefits her greatly.
Her strengths are to connect professional business experience with good human intuition.
