ICO head of the trainers gives a guest-lecture at an Elite School in France
On invitation of the “International Business School ESC Rennes” ICO- head of the trainers Peter Tümmers conducted a year lectures and coachings.
Theme in April 05 was "Professional Communication and Leadership-Profiles" for the postgraduate course of studies "International negotiation" with participants from China, Taiwan, South Korea, Iran and France.
Peter Tümmers, who until now was providing the lectures in French, this time, gave talks in English.
"Peter Tümmers got excellent comments from different postgraduate student groups last year (MSc International Negociation,CRM): Peter's workshop approach blending lecturing, small group exercices, parts of films featuring Clint Eastwood and Harrison Ford in edge negotiation situations and applied approach to the NLP principals make his course a real success."

Peter Tümmers is assistant lecturer at the ESB European School of Business of the university of Reutlingen ( due to rankings of the magazin SPIEGEL, Stern 1999 also as Handelsblatt 2004 the No. 1 in Germany).
In the theme "Intercultural Management & Leadership" he helt in Nov.05 with a great deal of attention a lecture, which impressed through the scientific approach on the one hand and also on the other hand through the comparative analysis of different leadership-styles, e.g. of Mahatma Gandhi and Ernesto Guevara. Through the innovative use of documentary film scenes of also Client Eastwood and Harrison Ford these approaches are psychologically anchored highly effective.

ICO lecture in the "Guesthouse of the Federal Republic of Germany": peak performance in sports and management - analogies in the same two worlds
Together with the famous extreme climber, mountaineer and presenter Stefan Glowacz, ICO-head of trainers Peter Tümmers held a lecture at the "Petersberg" near Bonn, the official Guesthouse of the Federal Republic of Germany in which, amongst others, the international Afganistan-conference took place.
Extreme alpinist Stefan Glowacz started with "Always at the limit" before Peter Tümmers continued with "Leading over boarders". Peter Tümmers showed with his coachings of different national teams concrete and transferable mental techniques for the management.
The lectures took place in appropriate style in a tap- and bombproof conference room, in which the greatest of the world politics had met.

Scientific evaluations
We establish scientific-empirical evaluations of the effects of training and company- and area developments. It is also in the planning of processes of organisation-development that such a pre-analysis makes for a valuable tool.
